ORDINANCE NO. 1361 <br />SERIES 2001 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />ENTITLED "ZONING", BY REZONING AS AGRICULTURAL (A) APPROXIMATELY <br />FOUR ACRES OF LAND AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION <br />OF DILLON ROAD AND SOUTH 104th STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville, City of Lafayette, City of Broomfield and <br />County of Boulder have previously entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement entitled <br />Southeast Boulder County, South 96th Street, Dillon Road, and U.S. 287 Area <br />Comprehensive Development Plan, which is dated February 18, 1999 (the "Plan"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan is a comprehensive development plan pursuant to C.R.S. <br />section 29- 20-1 01 et seq.; and <br /> <br />hereto <br />limited <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Plan, the property described on Exhibit A attached <br />(the "Property") has been designated as City Preservation Area with future use <br />to agriculture and Iow density residential development;' and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to rezone the Property from Commercial <br />Business (C-B) to Agricultural (A) in order to conform the official City zoning map, as <br />respects the Property, to the provisions of the Plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Louisville Municipal Code section 17.44.010, the City <br />Council has initiated an amendment to the official City zoning map for such purpose; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission has held a public hearing on the <br />proposed rezoning for the Property and has forwarded a recommendation to the City <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the Commission's <br />recommendation; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing on the proposed rezoning <br />of the Property and has provided notice of the public hearing as provided by law. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Pursuant to the zoning ordinances of the City, that certain real <br />property, the legal description of which is set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, is hereby <br />zoned Agricultural (A), and the City zoning map shall be amended accordingly. <br /> <br /> <br />
