<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1351, SERIES 2000, TO
<br />CORRECT THE NAME OF THE TRANSFEREE OF THE CABLE TELEVISION
<br />FRANCHISE FROM COMCAST CORPORATION
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, on November 21, 2000, the City Council passed Ordinance No.
<br />1351, Series 2000, entitled "AN ORDINANCE CONSENTING TO THE TRANSFER
<br />OF THE CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE FROM COMCAST CORPORATION
<br />TO TCI ATLANTIC, INC., DOING BUSINESS AS AT&T BROADBAND"; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, on December 31, 2000, the transfer between Comcast Corporation
<br />and AT&T Corp. occurred in substantially the same form as the transaction described in
<br />the Asset Exchange Agreement between Comcast and AT&T and in the FCC Form 394,
<br />Application for Transfer of the Cable Television Franchise, filed with the City; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1351, Series 2000, incorrectly identified the name of
<br />the transferee of the franchise with the City; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, AT&T Broadband, by letter dated January 22, 2001, has requested
<br />that Ordinance No. 1351, Series 2000, be amended to identify the name of the transferee
<br />of the franchise transfer authorized by such Ordinance; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the correct name of the transferee, and the entity holding the
<br />franchise, is Comcast Cablevision of Colorado I, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of TCI
<br />Atlantic, Inc.
<br />
<br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
<br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO:
<br />
<br /> Section 1. The title of Ordinance No. 1351, Series 2000, is hereby amended
<br />to strike "TCI Atlantic, Inc., doing business at AT&T Broadband: and insert "Comcast
<br />Cablevision of Colorado I, LLC, locally known as AT&T Broadband".
<br />
<br /> Section 2. The sixth recital of Ordinance No. 1351, Series 2000, is hereby
<br />amended to strike "TCI Atlantic, Inc. ("TCI") doing business as AT&T Broadband, a
<br />wholly-owned subsidiary of AT&T" and insert "Comcast Cablevision of Colorado I,
<br />LLC, l/k/a AT&T Broadband, a wholly owned subsidiary of TCI Atlantic, Inc."
<br />
<br /> Section 3. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1351, Series 2000, is hereby amended
<br />to strike "TCI Atlantic, Inc., doing business as AT&T Broadband, a wholly owned
<br />subsidiary of AT&T Corporation" and insert "Comcast Cablevision of Colorado I, LLC,
<br />1/k/a AT&T Broadband, a wholly owned subsidiary of TCI Atlantic, Inc."
