RESOLUTION NO. 16 <br />SERIES 2023 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION TO REPLAT LOTS 13,14, <br />15, 16, AND 17 OF THE REPLAT OF THE ENCLAVE TO CREATE FOUR LOTS AND <br />ADJUST LOT LINES BETWEEN THE SAME LOTS WITH SUBDIVISION <br />AGREEMENT (1214, 1216, 1220, 1222, 1224 W. PINE COURT) <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a Minor Subdivision to replat Lots 13,14, 15, 16, and 17 of the Replat of <br />the Enclave to create four lots and adjust lot lines between the same lots with subdivision <br />agreement (1214, 1216, 1220, 1222, 1224 w. Pine court); and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on January 12, 2023 where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission staff report dated January 12, 2023, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of a Minor Subdivision with one condition; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the Louisville zoning and subdivision regulations and other <br />applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on March 7, 2023, where evidence and testimony were entered into the <br />record, including the findings in the Louisville City Council staff report dated March 7, <br />2023. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Minor Subdivision to replat Lots 13,14, 15, <br />16, and 17 of the Replat of the Enclave to create four lots and adjust lot lines between <br />the same lots with subdivision agreement (1214, 1216, 1220, 1222, 1224 w.
