RESOLUTION NO. 25 <br />SERIES 2023 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR <br />SIGN WAIVERS AT SPEEDY SPARKLE CAR WASH, LOCATED AT 1414 HECLA <br />WAY; LOT 6, LOUISVILLE PLAZA FILING NO. 2 <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a Planned Unit Development allow new signs and authorize sign waivers <br />for Speedy Sparkle Car Wash, located at 1414 Hecla Way; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable sections <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on May 12, 2020, where evidence <br />and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville <br />Planning Commission staff report dated May 12, 2020, the Planning Commission <br />recommended conditional approval the Planned Unit Development, and all conditions <br />have been met; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on May 2, 2023, where evidence and testimony were entered into the <br />record, including the findings in the Louisville City Council staff report dated May 2, 2023. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the proposed Planned Unit Development <br />amendment to allow new signs and authorize sign waivers for Speedy Sparkle Car <br />Wash, located at 1414 Hecla Way. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2"d day of May, '023 <br />By: ;� <br />Dennis Maloney, Mayor <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk C,o ... `''`_try <br />p <br />o` <br />M <br />Resolution No.;_ 'Series 2023 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
