2540682 12/19/200~ 01 Boulder County Clerk, CO ORD R 16.00 D 0.00 ORDINANCE NO. 1429 SERIES 2003 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE S. 96TM STREET ANNEXATION NO. 1 TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO WItEREAS, a petition for annexation of certain unincOrporated property, to be known as the City of Louisville S. 96th Street Annexation No. 1 annexation to the City of Louisville, and described in Exhibit A attached hereto, has been filed with the City Council of the City of Louisville; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 31-12-108 to -110, C.R.S., as amended, the City Council on November 18, 2003, held a duly-noticed..~...oh~-'4-,o ,~,.. consider the proposed annexation; and WItEREAS, notice of such hearing was published once a week for four successive weeks in the Daily Camera newspaper, the fn'st publication occurring at least 30 days prior to the hearing; and WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution, has determined that the petition is in substantial compliance with the applicable laws of the State of Colorado, that the area proposed to be annexed is eligible for annexation, and further has determined that an election is not required, and further found that no additional terms and conditions are to be imposed upon said annexation except any provided for in said petition or in the annexation agreement for the property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. The annexation to the City of Louisville of the property described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and known as the City of Louisville S. 96th Street Annexation No. 1, is hereby approved and such property is made a part of and annexed to the City of Louisville.
