RESOLUTION NO. 25 <br />Series 1982 <br />A Resolution approving the Alley Vacation application for <br />William & Betty Buffo, Lillian M. Buffo, Elizabeth Madonna, and <br />Mary Domenico. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning <br />Commission an Alley Vacation application for property located <br />off of Jefferson Avenue to the east, between Walnut Street and <br />South Street, and represented by Betty Buffo, 711 Walnut St., <br />Louisville, Colorado; and, <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Alley Vacation has been <br />reviewed by City staff and the Louisville Planning Commission and <br />found to be in compliance with the general and specific criteria <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code; and, <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning <br />said application, the Planning Commission has determined that <br />said application is compatible with surrounding land uses and <br />zoning, and is therefore acceptable. <br />NOW THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Louisville does hereby approve the Alley Vacation <br />for the parties as referenced above. <br />Passed and adopted this 13th day of July, 1982. <br />ATTEST: <br />Larry -Martel l a, Secretary <br />Louisville Planning Commission <br />ge Br• n, airman <br />Louisville Planning Commission <br />�;t <br />
