RESOLUTION NO. 02 <br />SERIES 1994 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VACATION OF A PORTION OF <br />FRONT STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a vacation of a portion of Front Street right-of-way; and <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the vacation request have been reviewed by City <br />staff and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision <br />regulations, and related policies; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that said vacation request should be <br />approved with four (4) conditions: <br />1. The Mayhoffer ditch interest and easement must be appropriately described and noted on <br />the Final Subdivision Plat. <br />2. The developer shall be responsible for providing the sidewalk, curb and gutter along the <br />proposed vacation to standards acceptable to the City. <br />3. The City shall retain all easements necessary related to public improvements. <br />4.
