ORDINANCE NO. 1419 <br />SERIES 2003 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />ENTITLED "ZONING", BY REZONING APPROXIMATELY 3.2 ACRES WITHIN THE <br />COLORADO TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER FROM THE COMMERCIAL BUSINESS TO <br />THE INDUSTRIAL ZONE DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CTLC Investors, LLC and Colorado Tech Land Company, LLC, are the owners <br />of certain real property totaling approximately 3.2 acres located within' the City of Louisville and <br />within that area to be platted as Colorado Technological Center Filing No. 2; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, such property, which is legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto <br />(hereinafter "the Property"), is currently zoned Commercial Business (C-B); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the landowners of the Property have submitted a request to rezone the Property <br />from a Commercial Business (C-B) to an Industrial (I) zone district designation so that zone district <br />boundaries will match lot lines within Colorado Technological Center Filing No. 2; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission has held a duly-noticed public hearing on <br />the landowners' rezoning request and has forwarded its recommendation to the City Council, and the <br />City c0un~il ha~ duly considered that recommendation; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing on the proposed rezoning and has <br />provided notice of the public hearing by publication as provided by law; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, no protests were received by the City pursuant to C.R.S. {}31-23-305. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That certain property which is legally described on Exhibit A, attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby rezoned from the Commercial Business (C-B) zone <br />district to the Industrial (I) zone district, and the City zoning map shall be amended accordingly. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED, READ, PASSED ON FIRST READING, AND ORDERED <br />PUBLISHED this 1st day of April, 2003. <br /> <br />~Davidson, -lVl-ayor <br /> <br /> <br />
