Boulder County Clerk, CO ORD R 16.99 <br /> <br />2445996 <br /> <br />Page: 1 of 3 <br />05/27/2003 09:15A <br /> D 0.00 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1415 <br />SERIES 2003 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN ANNEXATION, KNOWN AS THE RAY <br />ANNEXATION, TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a petition for annexation of certain unincorporated property, to be known as the <br />Ray Annexation, and described in Exhibit A attached hereto, has been filed with the City Council of <br />the City of Louisville; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 31-12-108 to -110, C.R.S., as amended, the City Council <br />on March 4, 2003, held a duly-noticed hearing to consider the proposed annexation; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, notice of such hearing was published January 18, January 25, February 1 and <br />February 8, 2003 in the Daily Camera newspaper; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution, has determined that the petition is in substantial <br />compliance with the applicable laws of the State of Colorado, that the area proposed to be annexed is <br />eligible for annexation, and further has determined that an election is not required, and further found <br />that no additional terms and conditions are to be imposed upon said annexation except any provided for <br />in said petition or in the annexation agreement for the property. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The annexation to the City of Louisville of the property described in Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and known as the Ray Annexation, is <br />hereby approved and such property is made a part of and annexed to the City of Louisville. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The annexation of said territory is subject to the conditions provided for in the <br />petition for annexation of said property filed with the City of Louisville and the terms and conditions <br />of the annexation agreement for the property. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED, READ, PASSED ON FIRST READING, AND ORDERED <br />PUBLISHED this 4th day of March, 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />
