<br />< "":'GULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />OCTOBER 2, 1974 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following <br />Councilmembers present: Domenico, Berry, Scholl, Dhieux, DelPizzo, and <br />DiCarlo. Others present: City Attorney Morris, City Administrator Wurl, <br />City Engineer White, City Treasurer Hesson, and City Clerk Santilli. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Councilwoman Dhieux asked that a correc- <br />tion be made in the minutes from asking <br />special attention be made to the Parks & <br />Rec. minutes corrected that special atten- <br />tion be made to the Planning Commission <br />minutes. After the correction Mayor and <br />Council approved the minutes. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the corres- <br />pondence be accepted. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />E & F INDUSTRIES <br /> <br />Mr. Alex Domenico was not present at the <br />meeting to discuss the issue. Mayor <br />Waschak stated that he tried to get Mr. <br />Domenico by phone and he could not reach <br />him, however he will inform Mr. Domenico <br />in regards to the report from Dr. Moates. <br /> <br />PARK & REC APPOINTMENT <br /> <br />Mr. Helart stated that the Boards request <br />was to have Mrs. Sheila Ryan appointed. <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved that Sheila <br />Ryan be appointed to the Board. Seconded <br />by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />PARK & REC JANITOR <br /> <br />A memo requesting Randy Carnival be <br />appointed to the job. Councilwoman Scholl <br />moved that Randy Carnival be appointed to <br />the job. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that Mrs. Garrett <br />telephoned him in regards to the alley way <br />near her home. <br />He also stated that a question was brought <br />up by Mrs. Garrett in regards to her address <br />change. Mr. Wurl is to call Mrs. Garrett <br />and discuss the matter. <br /> <br />ALLEY WAY & ADDRESS CHANGE <br /> <br />TAVERNS vs MINORS <br /> <br />Councilman Berry brought up the matter as <br />to minors in bars who are not drinking. <br />He stated that he felt the Ordinance in <br />this matter was unreasonable as because <br />as stated it would be that minors could <br />
