ORDINANCE NO. 1410 <br />SERIES 2003 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE CITY'S SEWER USE REGULATIONS BY AMENDING <br />THE SPECIFIC POLLUTANTS LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN SECTION 13.32.120 OF <br />THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE, AND BY ADDING A SPECIAL CONDITION FOR <br />SIGNIFICANT INDUSTRIAL USER PERMITS AND NON-PERMITTED USERS. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the City's sewer use regulations in order to incorporate <br />changes in the specific pollutant limitations for compliance with applicable law and the City's <br />wastewater treatment plant discharge permit, and to add a special condition for significant industrial <br />user permits and non-permitted users. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br /> Section 1.
