CO'(lliCIL MEETING JUNE 2, 1970 Regular meeting called to order by Mayor Lawrence Caranei. RO IJ.. CALL: Following were present Tomeo, Koprowski, Berry, Do.ndelinger, Perrella Absent Mudrock ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES: Minutes of May 25th accepted. PLA.11NING COMl.USSION: Letter from Planning Commission with following recommendations: 1. Adopt resolution to authorize Kan Bruns to proceed with necessary stud,'{ in cooperation' with ity Administrator to obtain info~nation relative to comprehensive plan at a cost of $1000., to include necessary work to secure information an procedure to obtain federal funds. 2. We to expend funds not to exceed $1000. for study with County Planning Department. Motion by Berry seconded by Koprowski to adopt 1 and 2 recommendations. City Administrator to have authority to step in and say we can't do it this way. Perrella conflict of opinion bring back to Council. Ken Bruns make this request to obtain fur~s. Motion carried. 3. Docket #520 Planning (,;onunission reconunends Council approval of request of EPIC subject to contractual agreement on water and sewer, also revocable permit. Developers to stand all cost for supplying water and sewer to the site. Motion by Kopro\i'ski seconded by Berry to adopt Docket #520. Motion carried. Bob to call L)ob Trenka working on water and sewer have ready by June 8th. Harper Valley nothing new to report. BUILDING COMMITTEE: Has not met, lax on license fees. Berry to call meeting June loth 7) IC'l~ck. Herb Paddock to be present. WATER COMMITTEE: Mayor (,;aranci reported on meeting last week with parties involved in the Louisville protest against Hi Mountaih Water Cols intention to drill several wells 'in Louisville - Lafayette Area. Attorney Morris said he does not believe tnere will be a meeting for several months , that the well wOiIld lower the water level and any water pumped out should be used in Louisville. Land where water is to be pumped LouLville would probably annex in the near future. It would. be wise to make and agreement with Wa,rembourg and Mayhoffer if any thing should happen have the water turned over to the City of Louisville. .
