CALL: <br /> <br />Following were present Tomeo, Koprowski, Berry, Do.ndelinger, <br />Perrella Absent Mudrock <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES: Minutes of May 25th accepted. <br /> <br />PLA.11NING COMl.USSION: Letter from Planning Commission with following <br />recommendations: <br /> <br />1. Adopt resolution to authorize Kan Bruns to proceed with <br />necessary stud,'{ in cooperation' with ity Administrator to obtain <br />info~nation relative to comprehensive plan at a cost of $1000., <br />to include necessary work to secure information an procedure <br />to obtain federal funds. <br /> <br />2. We to expend funds not to exceed $1000. for study with <br />County Planning Department. <br />Motion by Berry seconded by Koprowski to adopt 1 and 2 recommendations. <br />City Administrator to have authority to step in and say we can't do it <br />this way. Perrella conflict of opinion bring back to Council. Ken Bruns <br />make this request to obtain fur~s. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. Docket #520 Planning (,;onunission reconunends Council approval <br />of request of EPIC subject to contractual agreement on water and sewer, <br />also revocable permit. Developers to stand all cost for supplying water <br />and sewer to the site. Motion by Kopro\i'ski seconded by Berry to adopt <br />Docket #520. Motion carried. Bob to call L)ob Trenka working on water <br />and sewer have ready by June 8th. <br />Harper Valley nothing new to report. <br /> <br />BUILDING COMMITTEE: Has not met, lax on license fees. Berry to call <br />meeting June loth 7) IC'l~ck. Herb Paddock to be present. <br /> <br />WATER COMMITTEE: Mayor (,;aranci reported on meeting last week with <br />parties involved in the Louisville protest against Hi Mountaih Water Cols <br />intention to drill several wells 'in Louisville - Lafayette Area. Attorney <br />Morris said he does not believe tnere will be a meeting for several months , <br />that the well wOiIld lower the water level and any water pumped out should <br />be used in Louisville. Land where water is to be pumped LouLville would <br />probably annex in the near future. It would. be wise to make and agreement <br />with Wa,rembourg and Mayhoffer if any thing should happen have the water <br />turned over to the City of Louisville. . <br />Koprowski Cigarette tsx approximately $44.00 less then this ~ime last year. <br />Has.a.nyt:;hing b~en on Officers school?
