Boulder County Clerk, CO ORD R 16.00 2346397 Page: 1 of 3 10121/2002 01:25P D 0.00 ORDINANCE NO. 1394 SERIES 2002 AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE AND KNOWN AS THE COMMUNITY PARK ANNEXATION WHEREAS, a petition for annexation of certain property described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, and known as the Community Park Annexation, was filed with the City Council of the City of Louisville; and WHEREAS, said property was annexed to the City by ordinance; and WHEREAS, the City Council must provide for the zoning of said property; and WHEREAS, the City Council provided notice of the public hearing on said zoning by publication as provided by law; and WHEREAS, no protests were received by the City pursuant to C.R.S. §31-23-305; and WHEREAS, an Agricultural (A) zoning classification has been proposed for the property, in accordance with Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the property consists ora parcel of land of approximately 10 acres acquired for park purposes and a parcel of land of approximately 4.5 acres acquired for right-of-way purposes; and WHEREAS, an Agricultural zoning classification is consistent with the City's plan for the area and with the uses for which the parcels constituting the property were acquired; and WHEREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission has held a public hearing on the zoning request and has forwarded its recommendation to the City Council, and the City Council has duly considered that recommendation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That certain property known as the Community Park Annexation, the legal description of which is set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby zoned Agricultural (A), and the City zoning map shall be amended accordingly.
