RESOLUTION NO. 22 <br /> SERIES 2002 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN <br /> AMENDED FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> FOR ENTERPRISE BANK, 980 DILLON ROAD, <br />LOT 6B, CENTENNIAL VALLEY, PARCEL 'H', SECOND FILING <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request <br />for approval of an amended final PUD development plan for a modified wall sign <br />program for Enterprise Bank, 980 Dillon Road, Lot 6B, Centennial Valley, Parcel 'H', <br />Second Filing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the amended final PUD development plan <br />have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with <br />conditions, to generally be in compliance with the sprit and intent of the City's zoning <br />ordinance, including the City's Commercial Development Design Standards and <br />Guidelines (CDDSG); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said amended final <br />PUD development plan on June 11, 2002, where evidence and testimony were entered <br />into the public record, including the Staff Report dated June 11, 2002, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the requested <br />exceptions to certain sign location requirements of the CDDSG and finds those requests <br />to be justified as documented in the public record for the June 11 Planning Commission <br />public hearing and the June 18 City Council meeting; and further finds that said final <br />PUD development plan should be approved, with the following condition. <br /> <br />If approved by City Council, the applicant shall work with City Staff to final formal <br />Amended Final PUD plan sets, including signature blocks, legal description, title <br />blocks, etc., to be recorded with the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an amended final PUD development plan for <br />Enterprise Bank, 980 Dillon Road, Lot 6B, Centennial Valley, Parcel 'H', Filing No. 2, <br />subject to the above conditions. <br /> <br /> <br />
