RESOLUTION NO. 19 <br /> SERIES 2001 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> AN AMENDED FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR LOT 5, CENTENNIAL VALLEY, PARCEL L, FILING NO. 1, <br />LOWE'S HOME IMPROVEMENT WAREHOUSE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of an amended final PUD development plan to authorize outdoor display, seasonal <br />outdoor sales, exterior wall signs, exterior site modifications and minor exterior building <br />modifications; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the amended final PUD development plan have been <br />reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in <br />compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, the Commercial <br />Development Design Standards and Guidelines, related policies and previous approvals; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said final PUD development <br />plan on February 13, 2001, where evidence and testimony were entered into the public record, <br />including the Staff Report dated February 13, 2001, the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval to the City Council, with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application and finds that the Planning <br />Commission recommended conditions have been substantially addressed in the plans submitted <br />for Council action and further finds that said amended final PUD development plan should be <br />approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />The design (shape and slope) of the proposed berm on the north and west side of the new <br />fence shall be modified to provide a more natural appearance, with a detailed grading plan <br />provide for Staff review and approval prior to issuance of any buiMing permits for these <br />modifications. <br /> <br />2. The proposed additional shrubs on the north and south sides of the site shall be subject to <br /> Staff review and approval through the building permit process. <br /> <br />To the extent required by existing shared parking agreements, the proposed reduction in on- <br />site parking shall be approved by other affected property owners prior to recording of the <br />final PUD. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an amended final PUD development plan for Lot 5, <br />Centennial Valley, Parcel L, Filing No. l, Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse. <br /> <br /> <br />
