RESOLUTION NO. 17 <br />SERIES 2001 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />700 FRONT STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a final PUD development plan for 700 Front Street, to authorize a second-story <br />addition and associated site improvements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the final PUD development plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in compliance with <br />the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, the Downtown Design Handbook, <br />related policies and previous approvals; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said final PUD development <br />plan on February 22, 2001, where evidence and testimony were entered into the public record, <br />including the Staff Report dated February 13, 2001, the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval to the City Council, with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application and finds that said Final PUD <br />Development Plan should be approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />That prior to recording of the final PUD, an access easement shall be provided across <br />this property, to the benefit of the 706 Front Street property, to allow the shared <br />driveway out to Pine Street; <br /> <br />That in conjunction with or prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall <br />submit grading and drainage information as required by the City for review by Public <br />Works, Building and Planning Staffs; and <br /> <br />3. That the signs in the second story gables that identify year of construction shall identify <br /> both 1880 and the year the second-story addition is constructed. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a final PUD development plan for a second story <br />addition to the existing building at 700 Front Street. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March 2001. <br /> <br /> <br />
