ORDINANCE LIST FOR 1957 Ordinance No. 283, Series 1957 An Ordinance to annex to the Town of Louisville, Colorado, the following described property situate in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, hereafter described as follows: “Beginning at a point where the Section Line dividing Section 17 and Section 8 th in Township 1 South, Range 69 west of the 6 P.M. intersects with the west line of Johnson’s First Addition to the Town of Louisville, Colorado; thence south along the west line of said Johnson’s First Addition to the Town of Louisville a distance of 170 feet to the true point of beginning; thence west 70 feet; thence south and parallel with the west line of said Johnson’s First Addition to the Town of Louisville extended south; thence north along the extended west line and the west line of Johnson’s First Addition to the Town of Louisville 367 feet, more or less, to the true point of beginning.” Introduced, rd Read, Passed And Adopted this 3 day of January 1957. Ordinance No. 286, Series 1957 An Ordinance to vacate that portion of South Street in the Town of Louisville situate immediately north of Block 11, Jefferson Place, an addition to the Town of Louisville, according to the recorded plat thereof, lying south of a line 28.3 feet south of the east- th west center line of Section 8, Township 1 South, Range 69 west of the 6 P.M.; and also to vacate that part of the platted alley running north and south between said Block 11 and Block 1, Pleasant Hill addition to the Town of Louisville, according to the recorded plat thereof, lying east of a north-south line intersecting the east-west center line of said Section 8, 631.8 feet east of the center of said Section 8; and also to vacate that portion of the platted east-west alley in Block 11 in said Jefferson Place lying north of a line parallel to the center line of Pine Street, in the Town of Louisville, according to the recorded plat thereof, as situate and used on the ground, 101.01 feet south of said center line of said Pine Street.
