ORDINANCE LIST FOR 1958 Ordinance No. 290, Series 1958 An Ordinance providing for the submission to a vote of the qualified electors of the Town of Louisville, Colorado who shall have paid a property tax therein during the preceding calendar year, at the municipal election to be held on April 1, 1958, an ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 140 of the Town of Louisville, insofar as said Ordinance No. 140 establishes certain property in Caledonia Place addition to the Town of Louisville as th park and pleasure grounds. Introduced, Read and Adopted this 4 day of February 1958. Ordinance No. 291, Series 1958 An Ordinance creating an annual appropriation for the purpose of carrying on the business of the Town of Louisville, Colorado for the fiscal year commencing April 1, th 1958 and ending March 31, 1959. Ordinance No. 293, Series 1958 An Ordinance to annex to the Town of Louisville, Colorado, the following described property situate in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, hereinafter described as follows: “Beginning at the southwest corner of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter (SW ¼ SE ¼) of Section Eight (8), Township One (1) South, Range Sixty-nine th (69) West, of the 6 P.M.; thence east a distance of 805 feet to the true point of beginning; thence east on and along the south line of the said southwest quarter of the southeast quarter (SW ¼ SE ¼) of said Section Eight (8) a distance of 160 feet to a point; thence north on and along the west line of Kimberly Addition to the Town of Louisville produced, a distance of 828.8 feet to a point on the south line of Hutchinson Street; thence west on and along the south line of said Hutchinson Street a distance of 160 feet to a point; thence south 828.8 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 3.05 acres, th more or less”.
