The request <br />also includes a preliminary subdivision plat and a preliminary planned unit <br />development (PUD) plan for a total of 492 residential units and 43,700 SF of <br />commercial space. Approximately 74 acres north of South Boulder Road and <br />East of HWY 42 ("Anderson" and "Schempp" Properties) Case #05-021- <br />ZN/PS/PP <br />. The <br />units are proposed to be sold individually as condominiums. Lots 6 and 10 <br />total approximately 4.91 acres. Lots 5 (replat only), 6 and 10, Block 3, <br />Colorado Technology Center, Filing No.1; Case #05-032-FS/FP. Continued <br />from February 9,2006 with a Planning Commission motion for staff to prepare <br />a resolution of denial for consideration at the March 9, 2006 meeting. <br />.
