Loo, Secretary <br />Gail Hartman <br />Hank Dalton <br />Michael Deborski <br />Monica Sheets <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Commission Members Absent: <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: Paul Wood, Planning Director <br />Jolene Schwertfeger, Administrative Assistant <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda - Pritchard moved and Dalton seconded a motion to approve the agenda <br />with the following change: public hearing order; Coal Creek Memorial Cemetery and then Sign <br />Code Amendment. The motion passed by voice vote. <br /> <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda - None heard. <br /> <br />Regular Business - Item Recommended for Continuance - <br /> <br />'" Resolution No. 06, Series 2006, North End Properties, LLC; A request to amend the <br />North Louisville and Schempp General Development Plans (GDPs) for the subject <br />property to provide for a mixed use development including commercial along South <br />Boulder Road and a variety of housing products on the remainder of the property. The <br />request also includes a preliminary subdivision plat and a preliminary planned unit <br />development (PUD) plan for a total of 492 residential units and 43,700 SF of commercial <br />space. Approximately 74 acres north of South Boulder Road and East ofHWY 42 <br />("Anderson" and "Schempp" Properties) Case #05-021-ZN/PS/PP (Continuedfrom <br />February 9, February 23, and March 16,2006.) <br />.
