<br /> <br />APPROVED (03/15/06) <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />February 15, 2006 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 PM <br /> <br />Call to Order - Kelly called the meeting to order at 7:05 PM. <br /> <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Gerry Kelly, Chair <br />James Stuart <br />John Weise <br />Horst Loeblich <br /> <br />William Cordell, Vice-chair (excused) <br />Gunnar Malmquist (excused) <br /> <br />Kenneth Johnstone, Principal Planner <br />Jolene Schwertfeger, Administrative Assistant <br /> <br />Board Members Absent: <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda - <br />Weise moved and Stuart seconded a motion to continue the election of officer agenda item to the <br />next regular meeting when all members are present and to approve the agenda as modified. <br />Motion passed by voice vote. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes - <br />Stuart moved and Loeblich seconded a motion to approve the January 18, 2006 minutes. Motion <br />passed by voice vote. <br /> <br />Public Comments - Items Not on the Agenda - None heard. <br /> <br />Regular Business - Public Hearing Item <br />Kelly reviewed the procedures for the meeting; opened the public hearing; and reviewed the <br />criteria that must be met for each of the variance requests. <br /> <br />~ Case No. 06-004-V A: 1100 Grant Ave., West Mark Design & Construction, Michael <br />Nunez.
