RESOLUTION NO. 11 <br /> SERIES 2010 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLANNED COMMUNITY ZONE DISRICT ZONING <br /> AGREEMENT FOR THE 390.013 -ACRE CONOCOPHILLIPS CAMPUS <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by ConocoPhillips <br /> Company a request to zone a 390.013 -acre parcel owned by ConocoPhillips Company, to be <br /> known as the ConocoPhillips Campus, as Planned Community Zone District Commercial <br /> (PCZD -C); and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planned Community Zone District regulations of the City require that <br /> such a zone district be accompanied by an agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been proposed a PCZD zoning agreement between the City of <br /> Louisville and ConocoPhillips Company setting forth mutual understandings of the parties <br /> regarding certain matters related to the zoning and development of the property legally described <br /> in Exhibit A to such agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council by this Resolution desires to approve the proposed PCZD <br /> zoning agreement and authorize its execution. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. The proposed Planned Community Zone District Zoning Agreement <br /> ConocoPhillips Campus General Development Plan) ("Agreement") between the City of <br /> Louisville and ConocoPhillips Company is hereby approved in essentially the same form as the <br /> copy of such Agreement accompanying this Resolution. <br /> Section 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute the Agreement on the behalf of the <br /> City, except that the Mayor is, hereby granted the authority to negotiate and approve such <br /> revisions to said Agreement as the Mayor and City Manager determine are necessary or desirable <br /> for the protection of the City, so long as the essential terms and conditions of the Agreement are <br /> not altered. <br /> ND ADOPTED this 1 day of =1 2010. <br /> i <br /> SEAL <br /> WEST: ft Charles L.
