<br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The Louisville Board of Appeals and Zoning Adjustment met on March 15, <br />1979 at 7:00 PM. Members present were as follow: <br /> <br />BOB ROSS - Chiirman <br />BOB DAVIES <br />FRANK VELASQUEZ <br />DON ROSS <br />GIL REED (Alternate) <br />GEORGE WORTHAM - Secretary <br /> <br />Also present was Steve Ferris. The purpose of the meeting was to render <br />an interpretation regarding building commerical structures on lots in <br />commerically zoned districts which currently have sigle residences (a <br />non-conforming use). The question was whether or not this represents <br />an extension of a non-conforming use. After considerable discussion <br />between members with helpful inputs from Steve Ferris, the following <br />t,nterpretation was given: NON-CONFORMING USE APPLIES TO THE LAND <br />ALONG.WJTH THE STRUCTURE AND IN ORDER TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL STRUCTURE, <br />THE ENTIRE PROPERTY MUST CONFORM TO THE USE OF THE DISTRICT. <br /> <br />Meeting was adjourned at 8:10 PM <br /> <br />:,/ <br />/j, j ..'" <br />.' / /... ..
