RESOLUTION NO. 13 <br /> SERIES 2011 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A COMMERCIAL CARD AGREEMENT WITH <br /> FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OMAHA <br /> WHEREAS, the City wishes to continue the practice of issuing <br /> procurement cards to its employees; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City is currently using the services of First National Bank <br /> of Omaha for the issuance of procurement cards; and <br /> WHEREAS, First National Bank of Omaha is changing its fee and rebate <br /> structure and some of the processes related to procurement cards; and <br /> WHEREAS, to implement these changes, First National Bank of Omaha is <br /> requesting the City to execute a new Commercial Card Agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> SECTION 1. The First National Bank of Omaha Commercial Card <br /> Agreement is approved. <br /> SECTION 2.
