RESOLUTION NO. 16 <br /> SERIES 2011 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A ONE (1) YEAR EXTENSION OF <br /> THE EXPIRATION OF THE PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT AND PRELIMINARY <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN FOR 2270 SOUTH 88TH STREET <br /> (CONOCOPHILLIPS), LOUISVILLE FROM APRIL 6, 2011 TO APRIL 6, 2012 <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br /> application to extend the expiration of a Preliminary Subdivision Plat and Preliminary PUD <br /> Development Plan for 2270 South 88th Street (ConocoPhillips), Louisville for an additional <br /> one (1) year period, from April 6, 2011 to April 6, 2012; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found it to <br /> comply with Louisville Municipal Code Sec. 16.12.030 and Sec. 17.28.170; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on February 10, 2011 and <br /> continued to March 10, 2011, where evidence and testimony were entered into the record, <br /> including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated March 10, <br /> 2011, the Planning Commission finds that extending the Preliminary Subdivision Plat and <br /> Preliminary PUD Development Plan expiration date should be approved without <br /> conditions. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council does approve a one (1) <br /> year extension to the expiration of the Preliminary Plat and Preliminary PUD Development <br /> Plan for 2270 South 88th Street (ConocoPhillips), Louisville for an additional one (1) year <br /> period, from April 6, 2011 to April 6, 2012. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15 day of March, 2011. <br /> SEAL <br /> By: <br /> S C rI: L' Mayor <br /> 'tOaA' <br /> f I 1 :.g) <br /> Nancy Varr.
