F! 1188 RESOLUTION NO. 20 Series 1981 A RE OLUTION approving the Final Planned Unit Development, Final Plat and Special Review Use of the Coal Train Square. WHER AS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council a Plan ed Unit Development, Plat and application for a Special Review Use of the property generally located at the north- west corner of South Boulder Road and Colorado Highway 42, and submitted by R yal Petroleum, Inc. , 520 East 56th Avenue, Denver, Colorado 8021 ; and, WHER materials related to the Planned Unit Develop- ment, Plat and Special Review Use have been reviewed by the City Staff and Plan ing Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville Zon ng Ordinances, Subdivision Regulations and related policies; and WHER AS, after a properly advertised public hearing concern- ing said Final Planned Unit Development, Final Plat and Special Review Use, the Plann'ng Commission determined that said Plat, Plan and Use are acceptable with conditions concerning landscaping of the area and elevations of he various buildings. NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LO ISVILLE, COLORADO, does hereby approve the Final Planned Unit D velopment, Final Plat and Special Review Use of the Coal Train Squ re with conditions.
