. - HESOLUTION NO. 4 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, WITH RESPECT TO THE UTILIZATION OF THE CITY HALL DURING THE TERM OF THE CITY'S SPECIAL OBLIGATION NOTE. WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 668, series 1979, as amended by Ordinance No. 670, series 1980, the City Council did authorize the issuance of the City's Special Obligation Note in the principal amount of $939,375.00 and did provide for the pledge and deposit of certain sales tax proceeds to secure the payment of the principal of and interest on said Note; and WHE REAS , said Special Obligation Note shall be issued to finance the renovation, improvement, and enlargement of the Louisville City Hall in order to provide sufficient office space for the conduct of the City's affairs; and WHEREAS, as an inducement to the prospective Holder of s~id Special Obligation Note to provide the financing for such renovation, improvement, and enlargement of the City Hall, the City Council deems it necessary and desirable to bind the City concerning the utilization of the City Hall during the term of said Special Obligation Note. NOW, THEREFORE I' BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, that so long as any principal of and interest on said Special Obligation Note are outstanding, the City shall utilize the City Hall to the greatest degree possible for the donduct of the City's municipal affairs and with the except- ion of the Library and Police Functions, shall not rent, lease, purchase or otherwise acquire or use other or additional office space for the conduct of the City's municipal affairs to the extent space may be availablein the City Hall which is suitable for the conduct of the City's municipal affairs.
