CONSENT AGENDA <br />“The following items on the City Council Agenda are considered routine by the City Manager and shall be approved, <br />adopted, accepted, etc., by motion of the City Council and roll call vote unless the Mayor or a City Council person <br />specifically requests that such item be considered under “Regular Business.” In such an event the item shall be removed <br />from the “Consent Agenda” and Council action taken separately on said item in the order appearing on the Agenda. <br />Those items so approved under the heading “Consent Agenda” will appear in the Council Minutes in their proper order. <br />A. <br />Approval of Bills <br />B. <br />Approval of May 17, 2011 Regular Meeting Minutes <br />C. <br />Reject all Bids and Authorize Negotiations for the 2011 Recreation Center <br />Mechanical System <br />D. <br />Award Bid for 2011 Recreation Center Painting to Trujillo Special Coatings <br />E. <br />Reschedule the June 21, 2011 City Council Meeting to June 28, 2011 at <br />3:00 p.m., at City Council Chambers <br />5. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />It is requested that public comments be limited to 3 minutes. When several people wish to speak on the same position on <br />a given item, they are requested to select a spokesperson to state that position. <br />6. COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS <br />NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />(Council general comments are scheduled at the end of the Agenda.) <br />7. CITY MANAGER’S REPORT <br />Citizen Information <br />If you wish to speak at the City Council meeting, please fill out a sign-up card and present it to the City Clerk. <br />Persons with disabilities planning to attend the meeting who need sign language interpretation, assisted listening systems, Braille, <br />taped material, or special transportation, should contact the City Manager’s Office at 303 335-4533.
