" RESOLUTION NO. 1 Series 1979 RESOLUTION by the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, authorizing the Mayor to sign a purchase and sale agree- ment transferring the Louisville Fire Hall to the Louisville Fire Protection District and authorizing the Mayor to sign the necessary documents transferring the various personal property assets of the Louisville Volunteer Fire Department to the Louisville Fire Protection District. WHEREAS, by an Order and Decree the District Court in and for the County of Boulder and State of Colorado, entered on the 5th day of June, 1978, the Louisville Fire Protection District was duly formed and organized pursuant to the laws of the State of Colorado; and, WHEREAS, the City Council had previously agreed that upon the formation of the Louisville Fire Protection District the equipment and assets of the Louisville Volunteer Fire Department would be transferred by the City to the Fire Protection District; and, WHEREAS, the City has agreed to transfer all of the veaicles and equipment currently utilized by the Louisville Volunteer Fire Department to the Louisville Fire Protection District for the sum of $1.00; and WHEREAS, the City has agreed to transfer the Louisville Fire Hall to the Louisville Fire Protection District for the sum of ~67,957.00; and, WHEREAS, to implement the completion of the transfer of these assets, it is necessary that the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to sign the necessary contracts, title documents, and bill of sale to accomplish the transfer of these assets. NOW, THEREFORE, Let it be resolved that the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, does hereby authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign the necessary contracts, titles, and bills of sale to transfer the equipment and assets currently utilized by the Louisville Volunteer Fire Department to the Louisville
