CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO ro~SOLUTION NO. 19 SERIES 1979 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE 1ST DAY OF JANUARY, 1980, AND ENDING ON THE I~ST DAY OF DECEMBER, 1980, ESTIMATING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY NECESSARY TO BE RAISED BY TAX LEVY BASED ON THE SAID BUDGET SO ADOPTED; ESTIMATING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE DERIVED FROM OTHER REVENUE SOURCES; AND SETTING FORTH THE TOTAL ESTIMATED EXPENDITURES FOR EACH FUND. WHEREAS, the City Administrator designated to prepare the annual budget for Louisville, Colorado for the fiscal year begin- ning January 1, 1980, and ending December 31, 1980, has prepared said budget and submitted it to the City Council; and, WHEREAS, the City Conncil held a public hearing on said budget on October 2, 1980; and, WHEREAS, the assessed valuation of taxable property for the year 1979 in the City of Louisville, as returned by the County Assessor of Boulder Connty, Colorado, in the sum of $15,546,850. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Conncil of the City of Louisville, Colorado: Section 1.
