CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />The following items on the City Council Agenda are considered routine by the City Manager and shall be approved, adopted, accepted. etc., by motion <br />of the City Council and roll call vote unless the Mayor or a City Council person specifically requests that such item be considered under "Regular <br />Business." In such an event the item shall be re:moved from the "Consent Agenda" and Council action taken separately on said item in the order <br />appearing on the Agenda.
