CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br />SEPTEMBER 19, 2000 <br /> <br />REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council <br />Chambers at City Hall, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Tom Davidson <br />called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m. and the following persons were present - <br /> <br />City Council: <br /> <br />Mayor Tom Davidson, Mayor Pro-Tern Chuck Sisk <br />Councilmen: Don Brown, John Keany, Arnold Levihn, <br />Tom Mayer and Kevin Howard <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator <br />Tom Phare, Public Works Director <br />Dianne Ray, Finance Director <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director <br />Steve Baysinger, Parks & Recreation Director <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Sam Light, City Attorney <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson called for changes to the agenda. Keany added to the agenda and to all future <br />Council agendas, the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Davidson moved that Council <br />approve the agenda, as amended, seconded by Keany. All in favor. <br /> <br />All rose for the pledge of allegiance to the flag. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson called for changes to the Consent Agenda. Hearing none, Davidson moved that <br />Council approve the Consent Agenda, seconded by Sisk. All in favor. <br /> <br />Approval of Bills <br />Approval of Minutes (09/05/00) <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Garrett McCarthy, 740 Main Street, Louisville, CO, owner of The Old Louisville Inn, <br />reported that the downtown restaurants have realized a 25% reduction in sales since the <br /> <br /> <br />
