RESOLUTION NO. 5 <br /> SERIES 2013 <br /> A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br /> LOUISVILLE AND THE STATE BOARD OF THE GREAT OUTDOORS COLORADO <br /> TRUST FUND <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville supports the completion of the Boulder Valley School <br /> District's Fireside Elementary School's playground project,and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville supports the Boulder Valley School District's 2012 <br /> grant application for a new playground at Fireside Elementary School in Louisville subject to the <br /> execution of a grant agreement. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF LOUISVILLE,COLORADO THAT: <br /> Section 1. The Louisville City Council hereby authorizes the Director of Parks and <br /> Recreation to sign the grant agreement with Great Outdoors Colorado. <br /> Section 2. The City of Louisville through an adopted Intergovernmental Agreement with the <br /> Boulder Valley School District authorizes and has the funds necessary to meet the terms and <br /> obligations of the grant agreement and application. <br /> Section 3.
