I "2.-\ #01495291 01/30/95 01:52 PM REAL ESTATE RECORDS F2033 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO RECORDER ORDINANCE NO. 1150 SERIES 1994 AN ORDINANCE RENAMING A PORTION OF THE STREET KNOWN AS "ORCHARD DRIVE" AS DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT OF "THE MEADOWS AT COAL CREEK" TO "ORCHARD WAY" , WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a subdivision of land within the territorial boundaries of the City of Louisville known as "The Meadows at Coal Creek"; and WHEREAS, the plat of said subdivision is recorded in the office of the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder; and WHEREAS, said plat dedicated to the City for the public use a street designated as "Orchard Drive"; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is necessary and desirable to rename a portion of "Orchard Drive" as it exists within "The Meadows at Coal Creek" to eliminate needless confusion as to the location of addresses thereon, and to provide for the health and safety of the community. NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WmSVILLE, COWRADO: Section 1. The public street named "Orchard Drive" as designated on the plat of "The Meadows at Coal Creek" and located within the territorial boundaries of the City of Louisville, County of Boulder, State of Colorado, is hereby renamed as follows: (a) The portion of "Orchard Drive" running in a generally northerly direction from its intersection with "Pear Court" and "Orchard Drive" and terminating at its intersection with "West Cherry Street" adjacent to Outlot "I" and Outlot "K", shall hereafter be known as "Orchard Way". Section 2. All other ordinances or portions thereof inconsistent or conflicting with this ordinance or any portion hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict. Section 3. This ordinance is deemed necessary for the protection of the health, welfare and safety of the community.
