<br />I <br />"2.-\ <br /> <br />#01495291 01/30/95 01:52 PM REAL ESTATE RECORDS <br />F2033 CHARLOTTE HOUSTON BOULDER CNTY CO RECORDER <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1150 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE RENAMING A PORTION OF THE STREET KNOWN AS <br />"ORCHARD DRIVE" AS DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT OF "THE MEADOWS AT <br />COAL CREEK" TO "ORCHARD WAY" , <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a subdivision of land within the territorial <br />boundaries of the City of Louisville known as "The Meadows at Coal Creek"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the plat of said subdivision is recorded in the office of the Boulder County <br />Clerk and Recorder; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said plat dedicated to the City for the public use a street designated as <br />"Orchard Drive"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is necessary and desirable to rename <br />a portion of "Orchard Drive" as it exists within "The Meadows at Coal Creek" to eliminate <br />needless confusion as to the location of addresses thereon, and to provide for the health and safety <br />of the community. <br /> <br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF WmSVILLE, COWRADO: <br /> <br />Section 1. The public street named "Orchard Drive" as designated on the plat of "The <br />Meadows at Coal Creek" and located within the territorial boundaries of the City of Louisville, <br />County of Boulder, State of Colorado, is hereby renamed as follows: <br /> <br />(a) The portion of "Orchard Drive" running in a generally northerly direction from its <br />intersection with "Pear Court" and "Orchard Drive" and terminating at its intersection with "West <br />Cherry Street" adjacent to Outlot "I" and Outlot "K", shall hereafter be known as "Orchard Way". <br /> <br />Section 2. All other ordinances or portions thereof inconsistent or conflicting with this <br />ordinance or any portion hereof are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance is deemed necessary for the protection of the health, welfare <br />and safety of the community. <br />
