RESOLUTION NO. 19 <br /> SERIES 2013 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING OF A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) <br /> PLAN TO ALLOW FOR THE EXPANSION OF A NEW FIRE STATION, TRAINING <br /> FACILITY AND FUELING ENCLOSURE FOR THE LOUISVILLE FIRE PROTECTION <br /> DISTRICT <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an <br /> application to approve a final planned unit development (PUD) plan to allow for the <br /> expansion of a new fire station, training facility and fueling enclosure for the Louisville <br /> Fire Protection District zone district; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Staff have reviewed the information submitted and found it to <br /> comply with Louisville Industrial Zoning Regulations, and other applicable sections of <br /> the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on March 14, 2013, where <br /> evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br /> Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated March 14, 2013, the Planning <br /> Commission finds that said PUD should be approved, with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The proposed monument sign, located within the 54 foot conservation easement, <br /> shall be relocated outside of the conservation easement. <br /> 2. The proposed fence and entryway gate, located within the 54 foot conservation <br /> easement, shall be relocated outside of the conservation easement. <br /> WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission, and finds that it complies with Chapter <br /> 17.28.190 of the Louisville Municipal Code and should be approved without condition; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br /> Colorado does hereby approve a final planned unit development (PUD) plan to allow for <br /> the expansion of a new fire station, training facility and fueling enclosure for the <br /> Louisville Fire Protection District, cubjcct to tho above without conditions. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 2013. <br /> r <br /> Pft �� .F Robert P.
