RESOLUTION NO. 20 <br /> SERIES 2013 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A UTILITY RATE TASK FORCE TO PROVIDE <br /> ADVISORY RECOMMENDATIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE UTILITY RATE STUDY <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Charter Section 10-2(f), the City Council desires to <br /> establish a task force to provide advisory recommendations with respect to the utility <br /> rate study. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE.CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> LOUISVILLE , COLORADO: <br /> 1. There is hereby created a Utility Rate Task Force to provide advisory <br /> recommendations with respect to the Utility Rate Study. The Task Force shall consist of <br /> members representing the community, including two homeowner members, two <br /> business owners, two homeowner association representatives, and .one at large <br /> community representative. The Task Force shall provide advisory oversight and <br /> recommendations with respect to the utility rates, system development fees, and <br /> miscellaneous utility fees charged by the City of Louisville. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 2013. <br /> SEAL I* 11(AiVa <br /> ; I Robert P.
