ACTIONS OVERVIEW Timeframe <br /> Area plans Description 0-3 YEARS 3-5 YEARS 5-10 YEARS <br /> The McCaslin Blvd.Small Area Plan will provide the required regulatory framework necessary to implement the <br /> vision of the Comprehensive Plan for the properties in the McCaslin Urban Center and Urban Corridor. The small <br /> McCaslin Blvd X <br /> area plan will address specific use and density allowances,building placement,block structure, landscaping,and <br /> signage requirements consistent with the urban center and urban corridor patterns envisioned along McCaslin <br /> Boulevard.The small area plan will also classify the differing street types. <br /> The South Boulder Road Small Area Plan will provide the required regulatory framework necessary to implement <br /> the vision of the Comprehensive Plan for the properties in the HWY 42 and South Boulder Road Urban Center and <br /> the HWY 42 and South Boulder Road Urban Corridors. The small area plan will address specific use and density <br /> South Boulder Rd X <br /> allowances,building placement,block structure, landscaping,and signage requirements consistent with the urban <br /> center and urban corridor patterns envisioned along South Boulder Road and Highway 42 and will classify the <br /> differing street types. <br /> The Downtown Area plan will guide the continued evolution of downtown and the revitalization area. It will build <br /> on the guidelines in the Downtown Handbook and lay out the desired street network for the Downtown and <br /> Downtown X <br /> Highway 42 Urban Center. It will also classify the streets in the Center as Primary/Secondary retail streets,or <br /> Primary/Secondary mixed use streets. <br /> The Phillips 66 Campus is currently controlled by a General Development Plan(GDP). If this GDP needs to be <br /> Phillips 66 modified by the future land owner,the Comprehensive Plan will need to be amended to meet the unique needs of TBD <br /> the future tenant in conjunction with the expectations of the City. <br /> Various infrastructure,road network,design guidelines and wayfinding improvements have been identified in CTC. <br /> CTC A plan will be developed to guide the implementation of these improvements and rework the design regulatory X <br /> framework. <br /> Neighborhood plans will be developed in the following neighborhoods to develop strategies for addressing issues <br /> Neighborhood plans such as housing rehabilitation,cut through traffic,safe routes to school,aging infrastructure,and monitoring and <br /> maintenance of community services. <br /> Fireside X <br /> North Louisville X <br /> Lake Park X <br /> Hillside X <br /> South Louisville X <br /> Davidson Mesa X <br /> Old Town X <br /> Coal Creek X <br /> Hecla X <br /> Housing <br /> Affordable housing policy The affordable housing policy will develop city wide goals for affordable,low income,and senior housing and X <br /> develop strategies to address identified gaps in the existing housing market. <br /> Zoning <br /> A study will be completed to examine moving from a Euclidean yard,bulk,and use oriented land use regulations to <br /> Evaluate form based code X <br /> a Form Based Code. The desired form for the various neighborhoods and commercial districts of the City will be <br /> evaluated,and recommendations for the development of a form based code will be created. <br /> Implement code changes The Municipal code will be updated wit the desired form based code changes X <br /> Transportation <br /> 209 <br />
