CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br />JULY 23, 2002 <br /> <br />SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in special session in the Library Conference <br />Room, 950 Spruce Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Tom Davidson called the meeting to <br />order at 7:05 p.m., and the following persons were present - <br /> <br />City Council: <br /> <br />Mayor Tom Davidson, Mayor Pro-Tem Charles Sisk, <br />Council members: Don Brown Tom Mayer, Michele Van <br />Pelt, John Keany and Arnoid £evihn. <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Manager <br />Julie Boyd, Deputy City Manager <br />Tom Phare, Public Works Director <br />Charlene Laus, Finance Director <br />Keith Williams, Recreation/Senior Service Director <br />Cindy Lair, Land Management Director <br />Anne Mojo, Library Director <br />Bruce Goodman, Police Chief <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Nancy Varra, City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson called for changes to the Agenda. Hearing none, Davidson moved that the <br />Agenda be approved, seconded by Sisk. All in favor. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br /> <br />Davidson called for Staff presentation. <br /> <br />City Manager Bill Simmons reported that Council last discussed the five-year capital plan <br />in April of 2002, and requested project descriptions for every capital project from 2003 <br />through 2007. <br /> <br /> <br />
