Louisville Arts and Humanities Council '4t <br /> • ' Special Meeting <br /> October 21, 1992, 5:45 p.m. <br /> Louisville Center for the Arts <br /> - Minutes <br /> Call to order <br /> The meeting was called to order at 5:45 p.m., by President Anita Gandy. <br /> Members present were: Anita Gandy, Wanda Marie Tierney, John <br /> Hansen, Marilyn Rest, Peter Stewart, Carolyn Markham, Scott Calder, <br /> Linn Culbertson, and Pat Howard (arrived 6:15). <br /> Keys <br /> There has been a problem with the building keys at 801 Spruce St. The front <br /> door locks have been left open and there is no procedure for tracking who has <br /> • keys. Carolyn Markham motioned that LAHC recommend that the front door <br /> locks be changed and that city procedure be followed for copying and <br /> dispensing keys. The motion was 2nd by Scott Calder and unanimously <br /> approved. <br /> Building Maintenance <br /> Anita recommended that the building needs a regular maintenance schedule <br /> and that there needs to be an inspection of the building before and after events. <br /> Also special events requests could also be included in the job description of the <br /> maintenance person. Wanda Marie Tierney motioned to present the <br /> maintenance problem to the Arts Governing Board for their consideration. The <br /> motion was 2nd by Carolyn Markham and unanimously approved. <br /> Building Renovation <br /> John Hanson will present the history to the Arts Governing Board (AGB). <br /> Scheduling <br /> Anita Gandy will present to the AGB how scheduling is presently being handled. <br /> Wanda Marie Tierney suggested that a staff person should be responsible for <br /> • scheduling. <br />
