• <br /> • <br /> Louisville Arts and Humanities Council <br /> Minutes <br /> December 6th, 1994 <br /> Regular Meeting <br /> Louisville Center for the Arts <br /> Call to order <br /> The regular monthly meeting was called to order by President Pat Howard at <br /> 8:11 pm. Members present were Rosalyn Seglem, Sharon Whiting, Sonia <br /> Hayes and Carolyn Meyer. <br /> Approval of the Agenda <br /> Sharon Whiting made a motion to approve the agenda and Sonia Hayes <br /> second the motion. <br /> Approval of the Minutes <br /> Sharon Whiting made a motion to approve the minutes as amended and <br /> Sonia Hayes second the motion. <br /> 14) Treasurer's Report <br /> Scot Calder was out of town on business therefore a Treasurer's Report was <br /> not given at this time. <br /> Correspondence <br /> LAHC received very little mail this period and nothing which needed to be <br /> discussed at this time. <br /> Unfinished Business <br /> a. LAHC Survey - Scot was unavailable for comment at this time since he is <br /> temporarily out of town.. <br /> b. Neodata Grant- We did receive the Neodata grant that Pat Howard applied <br /> for however we did not receive the CCA grant which she applied for. <br /> New Business <br /> a. Young Artists Exhibit- Sonia Hayes reported quite a few volunteers from <br /> LAA participated in hanging and matting the children's art work. Jude <br /> Walker did a mammoth amount of matting for the show. John Hansen <br /> commented not as much art work was submitted by Art teachers as in years <br /> past. <br /> • b. Holiday Concert and Food Drive- Pat Howard reported that persons <br /> attending the concert did not bring as much food as anticipated and she felt <br />
