<br />A ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1990 BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUES
<br />AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT, CEMETERY,
<br />CONSERVATION TRUST, DEBT SERVICE, CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION, WATER,
<br />AND COAL CREEK GOLF COURSE FUNDS.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that a need exists for an
<br />increase in appropriations in the General, Capital Improvement,
<br />Debt Service, and Coal Creek Golf Course Funds;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
<br />CITY LOUISVILLE, COLORADO;
<br />
<br />Section I. That the 1990 General Fund Revenues are hereby
<br />increased from $4,224,855 to $4,673,605 and the 1990 General
<br />Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from 4,224,855 to
<br />4,673,605 attached hereto as Appendix A.

<br />Section 2. That the 1990 Capital Improvement Fund Revenues
<br />are hereby increased from $86!5, 300 to $l, 605,900 and the 1990
<br />Capital Improvement Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from
<br />$768,310 to 949,240 attached hereto as Appendix B.
<br />
<br />Section 3. That the 1990 Cemetery Fund Revenues are hereby
<br />increased from $190,400 to $197,400 attached hereto as Appendix
<br />C.
<br />
<br />Section 4. That the 1990 Conservation Fund Revenues are
<br />hereby increased from $71,052 to $84,750 attached hereto as
<br />Appendix D.
<br />
<br />Section 5. That the 1990 Debt Service Fund Revenues are
<br />hereby increased from $495,650 to $630,090 and the 1990 Debt
<br />Service Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from $479,464
<br />to $630,090 attached hereto as Appendix E.
<br />
<br />Section 6. That the 1990 Capital Construction Fund Revenues
<br />are hereby increased from $4,254,582 to $4,362,082 attached
<br />hereto as Appendix F.

<br />Section 7. That the 1990 Water Fund Revenues are hereby
<br />decreased from $2,542,331 to $2,522,331 attached hereto as Appen-
<br />dix G.
<br />
<br />Section 8. That the 1990 Coal Creek Golf Course Fund Reve-
<br />nues are hereby increased from $241,880 to $864,690 and the 1990
<br />Coal Creek Golf Course Fund Appropriations are hereby increased
<br />from $881,935 to $1,501,165 attached hereto as Appendix H.
