The same agency assisted Louisville in a similar survey effort in 1994. In the <br /> Mayor Pro-Tern Chuck Sisk spring of 1999, a citizen task force was formed to help with the survey. Task force members <br /> (303) 665-6889 worked to review the survey from 1994,develop new and revised questions, and review a <br /> number of draft questionnaires. The survey was finalized in September. <br /> Jay Keany <br /> (303) 665-4818 Surveys were mailed to a random selection of 1,600 Louisville households on October 29, <br /> Ward 2 1999. 432 surveys (26.4%) were completed and returned. With over 400 completed surveys, <br /> Kevin Howard the results can be considered statistically valid at a 95% confidence level—within a range of <br /> (303) 673-0978 plus or minus 5%.
