CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />FEBRUARY 20, 1990 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session <br />in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. <br />Mayor Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following persons were present: <br />Councilmembers: Randy Carnival, Marie Szymanski, Tom <br />Davidson, Margaret Hornbostel, Kevin Howard, <br />John Sackett. <br />Staff Present: Sharon Asti-Caranci, Acting City Administrator <br />Patrick Williams, City Attorney <br />John Franklin, Director of Community Developmen <br />Nelda Mohr, Director of Library Services <br />Steve Baysinger, Dir. of Community Services <br />Tom Phare, Director of Public Works <br />Bud Marschner, Construction Manager <br />Also Present: Donna Cummings, Deputy City Clerk <br />Wm. Hesson, Treasurer <br />Absent: Debbie Broome, Personnel Officer <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Mayor Fauson called for any changes to the <br />Agenda. Carnival stated that the finance <br />committee would like to have street lights <br />on South Boulder Road moved to "Regular <br />Business" for discussion. Approved 7-0. <br />Mayor Fauson asked for direction from <br />councilmembers concerning people wanting to <br />speak regarding W-470. The public hearing <br />has been closed but if they are allowed to <br />speak they would have to speak under Public <br />Comments. <br />Howard did not have a problem with a few <br />people speaking on the item, but if there is <br />a large number that would be inappropriate. <br />Williams stated Council could make it open <br />to just those that sign up on a card between <br />now and the time of discussion. <br />Sackett said his reason for supporting a <br />1 <br />
