CITY OF LOUISVILLE APRIL 5, 1988 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were present: Councilmembers: Randy Carnival, Steve Anderson, Bob Szymanski, John Sackett, and Alan Scarpella Staff present: Rich wanush, Acting City Administrator Steve Williamson, City Attorney Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Larry Lillo, Director of Community Services Tom Phare, Director of Public Works Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk William Hesson, Treasurer Absent: Councilman Nlike Mohr Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. None. Mayor Fauson moved and Szymanski seconded to approve the Agenda as submitted. Unanimous APPROVAL OF THE . CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent Calendar. Ferris as};ed to have the Minutes removed from the Consent Calendar as they were not available. Mayor Fauson moved and Szymanski seconded to approve t:he Consent Calendar as amended. Unanimous. Beer License Renewal Approval of 7-11 3.2 Beer License Renewal REGULAR BUSINESS: PROCLAMATION - ARBOR DAY Mayor Fauson proclaimied April 16, 1988 as Arbor Day in Louisville to celebrate National Arbor Day and Louisville's designation as Tree City USA by the National Arbor Day Foundation. 1
