CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />APRIL 19, 1988 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville=_, Colorado. Mayor Fauson <br />called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were <br />present: <br />Councilmembers: Randy Carnival, Steve Anderson, Bob Szymanski, <br />John Sackett, Mike ]Kohr and Alan Scarpella <br />Staff present: Rich Wanush, Acting City Administrator <br />Steve Williamson, City Attorney <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br />Larry Lillo, Director of Community Services <br />Tom Phare, Director of Public Works <br />Also present: <br />APPROVAL OF THE <br />AGENDA <br />APPROVAL OF THE <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />REGULAR BUSINESS: <br />Pam Ferris, City C1~=_rk <br />William Hesson, Treasurer <br />Mayor Fauson asked :Eor any changes to the Agenda. <br />None. Mohr moved and Mayor Fauson seconded to <br />approve the Agenda <~s submitted. Unanimous. <br />Mayor Fauson asked :Eor any changes to the Consent <br />Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved and Sackett <br />seconded to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />submitted. Unanimous. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Approval of Bills <br />Information Only - Final Quotes for City Insurance <br />PROCLAMATION - SENIOR CITIZENS <br />MONTH Mayor Fauson proclaimed the Month of May of <br />Louisville Senior C:itizen's Month to honor all <br />Senior Citizens in :Louisville. <br />AUTHORIZATION TO OBTAIN BIDS - 1988 CIP <br />PROJECTS Phare explained. that included in the 1988 Capital <br />Improvements Program are funds for street <br />reconstruction and :resurfacing, and concrete <br />replacements. Also included in the street <br />maintenance budget are funds for street chip <br />seals. At this time the Public Works Department <br />is requesting authorization to obtain bids for the <br />above identified work. Council was presented with <br />maps showing the proposed location for ship seals <br />and sidewalk replacements. The street <br />1 <br />
