CITY OF LOUISVILLE JUNE 7, 1988 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville meet in Regular Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were present: Councilmembers: Randy Carnival, Steve Anderson, Bob Szymanski, John Sackett, Alan Scarpella and Mike Mohr Staff present: David Stahl, City Administrator Steve Williamson, City Attorney Rod. Leesman, Director of Public Safety Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Larry Lillo, Director of Community Services Tom Phare, Director of Public Works David McGuire, Acting Dir. of Community Development Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk William Hesson, Treasurer APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. None. Mayor Fauson moved and Sackett seconded to approve the Agenda as submitted. Unanimous. APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved and Mohr seconded to approve the Consent Calendar as submitted. Unanimous. CONSENT CALENDAR: Approval of Minutes (May 3, 17, & 31, 1988) Approval of Bills Transfer of 3.2~ Liquor License - Silco Oil Co. REGULAR BUSINESS: ORDINANCE #953 - AMENDMENT TO MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "ORDINANCES" - PUBLIC HEARING Introduced on second reading by title only, Ordinance #953, Series 1988, "An Ordinance amending Title 1 of~ the Louisville Municipal Code entitled 'Ordinances' by modifying the requirement that a proposed ordinance be read in its entirety." Proof of publication and notice of public hearing were determined. Mayor Fauson openeci the public hearing and asked for any commentsc either in favor of or in opposition to Ordinance #953. None.
