CITY OF LOUISVILLE MAY 5, 1987 REGULAR MEETING The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were present: Councilmembers: Bob Szymanski, Steve Anderson, Randy Carnival, Alan Scarpella and Mike Mohr. Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney Tom Phare, Director of Public Works Robert Krisko, Director of Community Services Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Also present: Absent: APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR CONSENT CALENDAR: REGULAR BUSINESS: Pam Ferris, City Clerk William Hesson, Treasurer John Sackett, Councilman Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be approved as submitted. Unanimous. Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Consent Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Consent Calendar be adopted as submitted. Unanimous. A. Approval of Minutes B. Approval of Bills C. Louisville Housing Authority Minutes & Agenda PROCLAMATION - RESPECT FOR LAW WEEK Mayor Fauson proclaimed May 1-7, 1987 as Respect for Law Week sponsored and supported by the Optimist Clubs. President Jack Gumph received the proclamation. PROCLAMATION - NATIONAL POLICE WEEK/POLICE MEMORIAL DAY Mayor Fauson proclaimed May 10-16 as Police Week and declared May 15 as Police Memorial Day. Chief Leesman received the proclamation on behalf of the Department of Puk>lic Safety. APPOINTMENT TO CDBG BOARD Applicants for the CDBG Board were interviewed last week by Council and with Council's 1
