05/19/87 <br />MAY 19, 1987 <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson <br />called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following persons were <br />present: <br />Councilmembers: Bob Szymanski, Steve Anderson, Randy Carnival, <br />John Sackett and Mike Mohr. <br />Staff present: Terry Hundley, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus~, City Attorney <br />Tom Phare, Director of Public Works <br />Robert Rrisko, Director of Community Services <br />Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development <br />Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk <br />William Hesson, Treasurer <br />Absent: <br />APPROVAL OF <br />THE AGENDA <br />APPROVAL OF <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />REGULAR BUSINESS: <br />Alan Scarpella, C;ouncilman <br />Sharon Asti-Cararici, Director of Financial Services <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Mayor Fauson asked for any changes to the Agenda. <br />Mayor Fauson placed an item on the Agenda as Al to <br />respond to a Chan-ber of Commerce request for a <br />street closure and asked that the Agenda be <br />approved as amended. Unanimous. <br />Mayor Fauson askESd for any changes to the Consent <br />Calendar. None. Mayor Fauson moved that the <br />Consent Calendar be adopted as submitted. <br />Unanimous. <br />A. Boulder Country Housing Authority CDBG Update <br />CHAMBER REQUEST - SIDEWALK SALE - STREET <br />CLOSURE A request was made by the Chamber of Commerce <br />regarding a Sidewalk Sale on June 6, 1987. Their <br />request is for the closure of Main Street from <br />Pine Street to Walnut. <br />Mayor Fauson <br />contingent on <br />department's <br />moved that this request be approved <br />approval of the plan by those City <br />affected.
