<br />The location of this property was determined by the following evidence:
<br />A 1 V2" diameter steel pipe was found at the northeast corner of Lot 8, Block 4, Acme
<br />Place. Accepting it as an original subdivision monument, it was used to establish both
<br />the northerly and easterly boundaries of the Alvin $ Julia Fischer Subdivision , and is the
<br />Point of Beginning for the subdivision.
<br />The distance between the westerly edge of the west concrete sidewalk and the
<br />easterly edge of the east concrete sidewalk on Grant Avenue is 58. I'. Centering the
<br />sidewalks inside the platted GO' ROW, the easterly boundary of the Alvin t Julia Fischer
<br />Subdivision is determined to be parallel to the westerly edge of the west concrete
<br />sidewalk on Grant Avenue, the same distance as the aforementioned steel pipe, or
<br />I.I'.
<br />A chain link fence to the south of Lot 11, Block 4, Acme Place , is evidence of an
<br />occupational line and has been accepted as the location of the southerly boundary of
<br />the Alvin * Julia Fischer Subdivision .
<br />The depth of the lots is determined by locating the s,dewalks on either side of Lincoln
<br />Street to the west, and centering the outer edges of the sidewalks inside the platted
<br />GO' ROW. The distance between the easterly edge of the ROW to the easterly
<br />I-o'indary of the Alvin * Julia Fischer Subdivision is 253.54' (255' plat). Subtracting 1 5'
<br />for the alley, the remaining distance of 238.54' is divided evenly to establish 1 1 9.27'
<br />(1 20' FLA() as the depth of the lots.
