JULY 6, 1992 <br /> <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br /> SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in a Special Session <br />in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. <br />Mayor Davidson called the meeting to order at 7:17 p.m. and the <br />following persons were present. <br /> <br />Council Members: <br /> <br />Margaret Hornbostel, Kevin Howard, <br />Rob Lathrop, Chuck Sisk, Tom Mayer, <br />Larry Hedding (7:19) <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Annette Brand, City Administrator <br />Tom Phare, Dir. Public Works <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Maj-Lis Kemper, City Clerk <br />Wm. Hesson, City Treasurer <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Davidson called for any changes to the Agenda. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson moved for approval of the Agenda. Seconded by Howard. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Davidson called for anyone in the audience who wished to speak to <br />any item not on the Agenda. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />PRESENTATION/DISCUSSION - NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY <br />DISTRICT AND WINDY GAP <br /> <br />Tom Phare stated that there are two components: The pipeline <br />project is a capital project and water rights to put in the <br />pipeline to supply water to Louisville, which is the Windy Gap <br />portion. <br /> <br />Noel Hobbs of CDM explained the background on the Windy Gap Project <br />and its yields. (TAPE INAUDIBLE) <br /> <br />Davidson called for a recess to move the meeting upstairs to the <br />Council Chambers. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
